While families often book our experiences for weekends, we regularly arrange mid-week hire to fit timetables, curriculum days and club schedules. Whether it’s a one-day activity or a full school week project, we’ll tailor the hire period to suit you. Every package arrives at your venue in clearly labelled boxes, with all equipment freshly cleaned, tested, and ready to go. We provide simple instructions, and everything is packed for easy repacking at the end of your hire.

1. Activities Before Your Event

Get pupils and club members excited ahead of the big day with low-cost, creative projects that double as decorations:

• Cinema Experience - Have students design movie posters or tickets for the screening. Classes could also make paper popcorn boxes decorated with school colours.
• Disco Experience - Create glittery disco balls from foil-covered card, or decorate posters to advertise the event around school.
• Festival Wristband Experience - Pupils can design their own paper wristbands or lanyards ahead of the event, then swap them for the LED wristbands on the day.
• Funfair Experience - Let children paint bunting, posters and game signs that can be displayed at the stalls.
• Garden Games Experience - Pupils can create colourful decorations for each game station and design scorecards for friendly tournaments.
• Karaoke Experience - Create personalised "VIP passes" on card, or have students design a star-studded backdrop for photos.
• Kick-off Football Experience - Use paper plates and sponges to stamp football designs, or craft pennants in school team colours for sports day decorations.
• LEGO® Themed Experience - Build giant cardboard "bricks" by painting boxes, or design "LEGO builder certificates" to hand out during the event.
• Mini Golf Experience - Pupils can design themed scorecards for their classmates or create simple homemade obstacles from cardboard to make the course more fun and challenging.
• Nerf Experience - Make team banners and target posters that can be used as part of the games.
• Railway Track Experience - Younger pupils can make cardboard train carriages to decorate the play area, or design paper tickets for entry to the railway experience.
• Retro Gaming Experience - Children can design retro-style posters advertising their favourite games, or create pixel-art decorations for the room.
• Silent Disco Experience - Pupils can design bright neon posters or create a fun photo backdrop to make the event more memorable.
• Sensory Experience - Pupils can create calming space-themed decorations such as paper stars, planets or rocket backdrops to complement the sensory lights.

2. Fundraising Ideas

Pair our hire packages with small fundraising activities to support school trips, new equipment or local charities:

• Cinema Experience - Sell tickets in advance or on the door, and boost funds with popcorn, drinks and sweets during the screening.
• Disco Experience - Charge entry for the school disco and add a tuck shop or drinks stand to raise extra money.
• Festival Wristband Experience - Provide standard paper wristbands for entry, then offer pupils the option to upgrade to an LED wristband for a small extra charge during the school disco.
• Funfair Experience - Charge a small fee per game, such as Hook a Duck or Tin Can Alley, and run a prize stall for winners.
• Garden Games Experience - Organise mini-tournaments with games like Giant Jenga or Giant Kerplunk, charging small entry fees per round.
• Karaoke Experience - Run a "pay to hear" fundraiser where pupils donate to hear their favourite teacher or head sing a song.
• LEGO® Themed Experience - Run a sponsored "build challenge" where children pay to enter, then display their creations for parents and staff to vote on.
• Silent Disco Experience - Sell glow sticks, neon face paint or snacks on the night to add to the atmosphere while raising extra funds.

4. Pro-Forma BACS Account

If your school or club are booking more than six weeks in advance, we can provide a pro-forma account for your school or club. This allows you to complete checkout using the Bank Transfer payment option. A pro-forma invoice will be generated and is downladable in the account section, and you then have 14 days to make payment through your finance team or office.

5. Insurance and Documents

For schools, clubs and councils we can provide the following:

• Public Liability Insurance - Download our Public Liability Certificate
• PAT Testing - All electrical equipment carries a valid PAT test sticker to show it has been safety tested.
• Usage Guidance - All equipment is supplied with an information pack that includes a return checklist, setup instructions, usage instructions, packing instructions and safety information.
