Party Experiences

 

What is a Party Chest® Party Experience?

Party Chest® create amazing Party Experiences that includes all the ingredients to throw an amazing party. Our Party Experiences can include hire equipment, games, music, certificates and more. We don’t just supply you with the basic equipment but rather provide an experience that’s carefully thought out for maximum enjoyment. Each Party Experience has clear instructions on how to setup, run and pack away your party. Party Chest® also provides flexibility with all Party Experiences being delivered on Thursday and collected on Monday so you can start and end your party when it suits you and your guests.

 

How do you deliver my Party Experience?

Our Party Experiences are delivered on a Thursday and collected on the following Monday. Delivery and collection is fulfilled by DPD. You may opt during checkout to collect and drop off at our Party Chest Click and Collect Point at Party Chest Limited, 73 Victoria Road East, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 5BU.

 

Must my Party Experience be delivered and collected on these set days?

We have found that these days work best to ensure that your Party Experience is delivered in plenty of time for your weekend party. If you have any special delivery requests then please contact us.

 

What time will my Party Experience be delivered and collected?

We work closely with DPD and DHL to provide a premium delivery and collection service. Your Party Experience will be delivered on your chosen Thursday, with a one hour delivery time slot provided on the morning. We request with DPD that your Party Experience is collected between 10:30am-2:30pm on the following Monday. If DPD have not provided a collection time slot by 11am then please contact us.

 

Can I change my Party Experience delivery date or return collection date with DPD?

We provide DPD your contact details so they can provide you with a delivery time slot. They may send you communications regarding the option to change your delivery or return collection date. It is important that these dates are not changed without first consulting our team by contacting us.

 

How often are your party packages cleaned?

Upon return all Party Experiences are hand sorted, safety checked and washed and/or sanitised. Discover how we clean our Hire Experiences.

 

What if we loose a piece?

We appreciate that an odd piece can go astray. We do not charge for a few missing LEGO® pieces; however, a charge may apply if a more expensive piece goes missing such as the Target Golf Putting Mat from the Funfair Party Experience or the Playstation console from the Retro Games Party Experience.

 

What if we find a piece after our party package has been returned?

If you do find any pieces after your party then please contact us to arrange a return.

 

Do I require an entertainer for a Party Chest® Party Experience?

Party Chest® Party Experiences have been created by experienced entertainers. Our Party Experiences have been created so they’re easy to setup and host. If your party package includes games then you’ll receive instructions on how to play these. 

 

What is the complimentary Party Chest music streaming service?

We pay for a special license which allows our customers to stream music directly from our website. We'll send you access details via email once your party has been shipped which will permit streaming during the hire of your Party Experience We've included the best of children's party albums, pop music, movie soundtracks and compiled our own special playlists so there's plenty of choice. An internet access is required to stream the music. Please remember that your mobile phone network may charge for data roaming. Our streaming player works on smartphone, tablet and PC.

 

We have more children attending than what your Party Experience caters for. Can you provide a discount for multiple Party Experiences?

We're happy to tailor a package for parties. Please contact us with your requirements.

 

How can I secure a Party Experience?

All bookings can be secured on our website and must be paid in full at time of booking. We recommend you book your party as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

Can I pay a deposit?

You can pay a 50% deposit or the full amount when booking a Party Chest® Party Experience that's over £60. Your delivery date must not be within 6 weeks from the date of booking to qualify for a deposit payment. If you opt to pay 50% then the remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior your delivery date.

 

I have paid a deposit, how do I pay my remaining balance?

Please follow the link on your original booking confirmation email to pay your final balance. If you require any assistance then please contact our team on 01253 462628 or email us at info@partychest.co.uk.

 

Do you supply to nurseries, schools and clubs?

We can supply to nurseries, schools and clubs at a discount. We're fully insured for public and product liability. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

Party Supplies & Games Equipment

 

Can I purchase party supplies and games equipment without booking a Party Experience?

You may purchase party supplies and games equipment without booking a Party Chest® Party Experience.

 

Can I see the party supplies and/or games equipment before I buy?



All products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.



 

Is there a delivery charge for party supplies and games equipment?

We charge £3.90 for delivery on orders under £40. Delivery is free when you spend over £40 on Party Experiences, extras hire, party supplies and games equipment.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

You can select your delivery service during checkout. You can choose between a standard delivery service (Royal Mail), next day service (DPD), next day before 12 service (DPD) and Saturday service (DPD).

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Our team usually packages your order within a couple of hours. Please contact us and we shall let you know if this is possible.

 

I wish to add party supplies to my Party Chest® Party Experience, when should I expect delivery?

All additional party supplies and games equipment purchased will be included within your Party Chest® Party Experience and delivered on your chosen Party Experience delivery date.

Hire Extras and Sound & Lighting

You may hire extras and/or sound and lighting equipment without booking a Party Chest® Party Experience.

All extras and/or sound and lighting hire will be included within your Party Experience and delivered on your chosen party experience delivery date.
