• All Non-hire purchases delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight is £12.99.

Party Experience Hire: Delivery

• Free Party Experience hire return delivery service (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight).
• All Party Experience hire return delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight is £40.00.

We cannot ship the following party experiences to any Islands including Northern Ireland: Kick-Off Football Games Experience, Marvellous Mini Golf Experience, Out of This World Sensory Experience.

Delivery and collection will be fulfilled by DPD or DHL. DPD or DHL will provide a time slot on the day of delivery. We do not allow our packages to be left without a signature. A time slot is usually provided for the return collection of your Party Experience but if you've not received one by 11am then please contact us. DPD or DHL usually collect between 9am and 6pm. It is important that someone is available on the day of collection.

Extras Hire: Delivery

• Free Extras Hire return delivery service on orders totalling £45 or more (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight).
• Party Extras Hire under £45 will occur a £19.99 return delivery charge (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight).
• All Extras Hire return delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight is £40.00.

Party Experience Hire: Late Delivery

Please inform Party Chest® if you do not receive your delivery on the arranged date by contacting us.

Party Experience Hire: Packing your Party Experience for Return

It is your responsibility that all returned goods are secure within the transit box provided. Any damage or loss of parts during transit, due to goods not being packaged properly, may be chargeable. Please make sure to stick the return label over the old label. Please follow the instructions inside the party package on how to best secure your return package.

Party Experience Hire: Failed Collection and Late Collections

It is important that the return collection of a Party Experience or other hire equipment is successful. If a return collection fails on the collection date shown on your booking then a late fee of £40 per day will be charged.
