"We had a nerf party for our 10 year old son. His friends said it was the best party ever. The delivery service was great and the instructions for the set up was easy to follow. The set up took us around 45 minutes with one person setting up. The games were great and the quality of the products were fantastic. Thank you so much for making our sons party dreams come true. "The most wonderful party for my 10 year olds birthday. Everyone (including the parents) had so much fun playing on the consoles & it bought back so many memories of childhood. "After finding Party chest online, there's always a worry about whether something you've hired will turn up in the right place at the right time! I hired the karaoke machine for my daughter's hen party and it was absolutely perfect! The various items arrived in good time, as promised weeks in advance. There is plenty of kit but it's easy to assemble and easy to use. We had great fun with the wide variety of tunes to sing along to ... although singing is being a little descriptively generous in our case! Great company - easy to deal with - definitely 'does what it says on the tin'! Highly recommended"

"You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the Nerf Party pack. When it arrived (early) I was impressed with everything that was included and more so, the clear instructions and game ideas that came with it. We hired the local hall and the kids had an amazing time running around shooting each other and making lots of noise. DPD are reliable so I was glad this was the courier service chosen, both delivery and pickup were fine. Thanks to the instructions it was easy to get it all packed neatly away afterwards. Other parents commented on what a good idea it was. The certificates included to hand out at the end were a nice touch. We didn't use the music service (the kids were loud enough on their own!) but the invitation creator was good - we used it to send digital invites. All the guns worked, everything was in top condition. The kids loved the popup tents (they were stashing ammo in them) and the inflatables to hide behind and make barricades with. We didn't use the bibs or capture the flag as these were 8-9 year olds and it was like herding cats - in a year or two these games might be a bit easier to do with them. All in all would definitely recommend! My son was obsessed with the idea of a Nerf battle for his birthday and I couldn't have done it without this service, so thank you."

"I’m so pleased I found Partychest in my online search for garden games hire for our son’s 21st birthday party. The process was very simple to follow and the games were delivered on time. In fact they came a day earlier than expected which was the only day no one was at home to oversee the delivery but thankfully DPD did a good job and left them at the back of our property out of sight. The games were very well received by our guests and we had a great weekend with lots of fun and laughter. The giant Yahtzee was a particular hit as everyone from age 21 to 81 was able to join in and play. Collection also went without a hitch once I’d called for a time as DPD didn’t message me. I’d definitely recommend Partychest to my friends and family and would use again if the occasion presents itself. Thank you for helping to make our son’s 21st a birthday to remember."

"Awesome from start to finish. Ordered for my sons 10th Birthday party and sooo happy we did. Had a couple of questions before placing the order and spoke with Harry. He was great and explained all I needed to know. The packages arrived with full instructions and game ideas/rules. Which was brilliant and made the party run so smoothly. The rain didn't hold the boys back from having a great time either and as they were leaving I heard comments of the "Best party ever!" Once the younger kids had left, there were enough teenagers and adults around to enjoy a couple of games too and they all had great fun. Fantastic, and I would highly recommend to anyone."

"One of the best party Experiences. We were a bit hesitant about the price, but it really was worth it. We had almost 30 year olds and the lego kept them entertained for hours. "I must say I was a bit dubious about the condition and quality of the equipment we would receive as it was one of the cheaper options. But I have been impressed all round. "Excellent experience. We hired trains & train tracks and a range of construction blocks to keep children aged between 2 and 5 entertained at a Christmas/3rd Birthday Party. Products were great and very much enjoyed. "We started our Lego party with a different game. "Lego and spoon". Children have a spoon and bowl each, and have two minutes to carry spoonfuls of Lego to their bowl. The challenge then is to build something with only the Lego in their bowl, and then show and tell. This was a great was of getting the creative juices flowing, and made the huge amounts of Lego less daunting!"

"Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was so simple and everyone helpful. So easy to have it delivered and collected. The items for of a fantastic quality and great mix. The list of games and challenges are perfect for 5, 6 and 7 year olds and kept them all engaged for the whole duration and created amazing models in free time! Also so much fun for a family party on the Sunday from 6 year olds through to a 78 year old! Simple and fun! "We wanted an alternative to a bouncy castle for my sons party at home, and so hired the Funfair themed party chest, and were really pleased we did. There were 16 7-year olds at the party and they all had a brilliant time and absolutely loved being able to win tickets. Took about an hour or so for them to complete, which was perfect as left time for food, birthday cake, etc. Would recommend."

I hired the silent disco and nerf package for my sisters hen weekend, yes that's right, a hen party!
12 ladies running round a field playing nerf wars was so much fun, everything provided ensured a smooth set up and lots of laughs.
The highlight for me was the silent disco, great selection of music and again super quick and easy to set up.
I'm sure we were an absolute sight dancing around our glamping tents in the dark all wearing glow sticks.
I will definitely be a returning customer and will reccomend your services to everyone.

"We hired the garden games for a joint hen party for my daughter and my granddaughter who are both getting married this year. One in August and one in November. My daughter wanted the children to attend as we have a very large family and most would have problems finding people to have their children. Both my daughter and granddaughter were amazed with the games and spent the day playing with the younger ones. They had a great time and had adult games in the evening. My daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year, so we wanted to make special memories, and we certainly made some last weekend. Thank you again."

"We booked our party two years ago but unfortunately we had to postpone.. But it was so worth the wait!.. All our party guest joined in and played lego! "Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant from start to finish. We chose the fun fair party chest for my 6 year old’s party and it was perfect! Really high quality equipment, all easily assembled, with v clear instructions. The tickets that came with the games were a huge hit with the kids (such a great concept to include them) as were the certificates. We managed to break the putting stick so I emailed to explain and ask how much we owed to replace and I heard back within 10 minutes (on a Sunday!) telling me not to worry and that they were delighted to hear the party had gone well. "I hired the Awesome Lego Themed Party for my 6 year old son. Along with the large colourful blocks (100) The process was so easy and I was kept up to date every step of the way. I couldn't believe that DPD dropped it off and collected it. It sounded almost too easy, but it really was. The look on the children's face when they saw the mats of lego laid out when they walked into the hall made my day. My son and his friends loved it and the large blocks went down a treat for not only the younger ones but the older kids too! "I hired the ‘Carnival Party’ for my twin girls’ 7th birthday. With 40 kids in the local RBL club room it was absolute chaos but loads of fun. Hook a duck and tin can alley were definitely the favourites! The kids loved collecting the tickets and exchanging them for a prize (instead of party bags) at the end of the party. All the mums said what a great idea it was and I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone crazy enough to do what I did hahaha
Also a big shout out to Harry who went above and beyond to send out extra certificates at short notice and for sorting out my collection as I missed the first one due to having to collect one of my girls from school when she was ill. "Ordered Lego city theme package for my twin boys 5th birthday party, it was fab so much Lego! Had the large brick blocks too. Ordering was simple and easy. I spoke to someone over the phone initially to ask a few questions, they were so friendly and informative. The products arrived well packed in the boxes with brilliant clear instructions to put back together for collection. Kids at the party loved the Lego and were busy building. We played a few of the building games, competitions, loads of options with instructions. Everyone complemented how much of a great idea it was. For the return DPD failed to collect in the time slot and had logged it as failed collection. I got a call straight away from Party Chest to ask about missed collection, I told them I was in and DPD hadn’t come. They were on to DPD immediately to sort it and kept me informed, turned out to be a rogue DPD driver. Excellent service all round, highly recommend"

"Was very pleased to stumble across this company when hunting for ideas for my sons party, was desperate to find something to do with lego and then this site appears and straight away and I was sold
Very happy they use DPD I find their communication with customers to be spot on
Neatly paked away, great intrusions and games.
The children got really stuck in
I didnt use the players because I couldn't figure out how to link my phone to alexa and play from online however the choice of songs is really good and lots to choose from.

"I was racking my brains to think of something to make my son’s 6th birthday special after his birthday fell during lockdown in 2020 and again in 2021. A friend told me about Partychest and it was the perfect solution! We ordered the mini train experience set and my boys were completely thrilled when it arrived. They loved all the exciting “extra” pieces like the avalanche mountain, coal hoppers and the rickety bridge. Partychest even supplied extra batteries for the trains so I could just sit back and let them have a fantastic time with almost no parental intervention required! I spoke with the lovely gentleman called Harry Who was absolutely amazing. Before I even purchased my party he was helpful, Answer all my questions. Went through things numerous times with me and was patient and understanding. He did everything he could to help me with any worries or questions I had.
Just from the customer service I received i would recommend Partychest. I will be using Partychest from now on. The price is amazing. All the equipment come packed lovely, fresh and clean. Easy instructions and easy to use gide from set up, game and repacking products, which was extremely helpful. Information wasn't over loaded. It was clear, Prosise and " user friendly " as I am dyslexic this made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.
I can not recommend Partychest enough from customer service, price, quality and overall experience I will be using Partychest and recommending them for every occasion in the future.
I do not usually leave a review as I am dyslexic so forever worried about spelling and understanding but I had to thank and recommend Partychest.

"We've just had the nerf package, worth every penny! We had a few mishaps due to weather, so had to use a smaller space than originally organised, but with the games supplied the kids still enjoyed it and it made no difference. Some said it was the best party they'd been to. Easy instructions from organising the party to packing it all up again. Plus easy delivery and pick up.

"I ordered a Nerf Party from Party Chest for my twin daughters' 8th birthday and I was incredibly impressed with the service from start to finish.
The ordering process is so easy, and the delivery/collection system worked perfectly.
We were asked to try out new pop-up tents for the party and the kids loved using them as part of the Nerf arena. Everything supplied for the party was of great quality and there were really clear instructions for how to run the different games, and how to re-pack the boxes.
All the kids absolutely loved the Nerf party, and I've recommended Party Chest to several other parents and friends.
I would definitely use Party Chest again, especially as their brilliant party kits are backed-up with excellent customer service."

"Loved the whole process of ordering with Party Chest from start to finish! Simple to do and excellent communications throughout. I especially loved the crystal clear packing instructions to pack everything back into the box. Definitely written by someone whose brain works the same way mine does! "The party was amazing. I like that part was given to charity. The kids loved the scarfs, tunnel and lights especially. I didn’t use the space blankets as I was worried the kids would rip them. For the bean bags I used a parachute we owned and played a space game with the kids may be good to include something like this in future. "I found this company purely by chance online after my son asked me if he could have a Lego party. We haven't looked back since looking at the website. The ordering process was simple and clear and when my email address did not respond to confirm my order I was contacted by phone by a really friendly and helpful guy (so sorry I cannot remember his name) who sorted it all out for me which I really appreciated. The products arrived as described and was all ready for our party. We had approx 30 kids who thoroughly loved playing with the Lego at points during the party and all were able to build something. Good range of bits and easy to split with the blue open sacks. We couldn't use the music as we had no internet where we were so couldn't stream but it did give us some inspiration to create our own playlist which we did on Spotify. We are so pleased we found Party Chest and will definitely be using them again for future parties. Many of the parents of other children were also very interested so some advertising flyers would have gone down well if they have any? Cannot fault and would highly recommend and easily give them 5 Stars for products, value for money and customer service . Thank you Party Chest for making my son's 6th birthday extra special x"

However Rob and I were also planning our wedding at the time and decided it was too good an opportunity to pass up. "We hired the teepee party package for our daughters 3rd birthday. Delivery and collection were superb with text conformation of times. The package itself contained everything needed to entertain a bunch of 3yr olds. The kids loved the instruments, the ukulele being the favourite. The games were also well used, a good selection. My only constructive criticism would be to perhaps add a few more egg shakers, one included was ideal for younger children, would be nice to have say 4 included. Overall a fab service! We had many compliments."

"Our son had a wonderful Lego party, thank you all so much.
All questions I asked before party package arrived were answered super quickly and in a friendly manner. I was able to upgrade the package easily once I had a better idea of numbers. The guidance of 30 children to 15kg was ideal. Plenty of wheels and minifigures children commented on how much fun they had and all the grown ups got stuck in too... especially when given building challenges. Prizes are high quality.
I recommended Party Chest to everyone at party and would happily use service again in the future.

The game ideas were a good starting point but we let our imagination run wild too and we came up with lots more Lego themed games to keep everyone entertained.

"The service from Harry at PlayChest was fantastic! Even though the delivery company messed up the initial delivery, Harry made sure that it was rectified straight away and made many calls to the delivery company to ensure it was correctly re delivered and on time, to our hard-to-find house on a hill. We had booked the Awesome Lego Party package, and it really was awesome. The Lego was very clean as were all the sacks and vests. There were instructions for party games which we found quite useful too. I would definitely use Party Chest again for their awesome service and personal attention to detail. "Fantastic company to use and deal with, always responded quickly to questions. We had the Lego party package for son's 6th birthday and everyone said what a great idea it was. I think the faster paced games worked better with the age group.... like the 60 second tower and the baseplate challenge. As a way to focus them all on arrival we asked each guest to create a model using 10 bricks and display on a table with their name for judging. This worked as a good intro to the party. Only small negative was that I wrongly assumed that the Cd's and hi vis jackets were ours to keep when actually you have to return them with the Lego but we didn't use the Cd's anyway as had our own playlist. Overall was really pleased and would definately recommend to others!"

"My 5 year old had the deluxe Lego party for his Lego themed birthday party for 30 kids. I was very happy with Partychest’s responsiveness and helpfulness when I needed to modify my order. The Lego kept the children well entertained and I had some really positive comments from parents about how unique it was. The main benefit for my child and a few of his peers is how flexible and potentially unstructured you can be with it. some children can feel overwhelmed with loud facilitated disco-type parties. A Partychest party means that there can be free-play Lego for the whole time, if you want. We added a car race ramp and other Lego themed ‘stalls’ to add some variety and interest. It was great to have the group game suggestions and prizes too though, which went down really well! I would certainly recommend Partychest to parents looking for party ideas."

"Perfect for party. I ordered the set for up to 20 kids. We ended up with 32 children and it still seemed to be enough. I probably would have ordered the kit for 30 children but I did't need all the extras. Maybe include a package that is just the Legos for up to 30 children same as the package for 20 children. A few more business cards would have also been great. Many of the parents were asking where I got all the Legos. The first 4 parents were impressed to get a card with the information just wish I had more for the other parents that also asked. It would be helpful if DPD could provide a time slot for pick up as they do delivery. I know this is out of your control, but it would be nice."

"You thought of everything thank you and the Lego was varied and clean! The pop CD wasn't popular with the children. They were aged 8 and 9 but it didn't matter as we played other music. The delivery was as expected. What a great idea for a party theme!"

"Hi Harry and Lucie, I would just like to say thanks and to let you know that the party was a huge hit!! My son thoroughly enjoyed himself as did his friends! The instructions and ideas were so useful and so easy to adapt. We even added some running to one of the base plate games to burn off some of that energy they had! Your telephone support was also fab from my initial enquiry - all my questions were answered straight away and I didn’t feel like any question was a silly one! We literally had everything we needed in a box and being a perfectionist myself, I found that you have thought of everything!!...what a great idea and I’m sure we’ll be using you again!... :)"

"My little boy had a brilliant party & all of his friends parents commented on what a great idea it was. The prizes were great & little ones loved the high viz jackets. Really handy having it all delivered in a crate & ideas for games etc. The only drawback is having to wait in all day on Monday for it to be collected as I've had to book the day off. We strive to provide the best possible service. We ship all party packages on a premium before 12 service. DPD do provide a one hour time slot on the day for delivery. Collections work slightly different to deliveries. Some DPD collections are not allocated a time slot so we advise that your collection will be between 9am-5pm. If you have not received a time slot by 10:30am on your collection day then please feel free to contact our team on 01253 462628 and we shall check with your local depot. Update: Customer left review the day before collection and did receive a return collection timeslot on the day.

"Overall, a very enjoyable party for our 5 year old son. The Lego selection was excellent, and the children really enjoyed playing with it, although some of the games were a little challenging for a group of 4/5 year olds. Prizes were good, and communication with Party Chest was speedy and excellent. The party CDs are however not very useful as very few places/people have CD players anymore, even on computers! We had to burn these to play via our phones."

We do recommend the LEGO themed package for children aged 5 and over and the DUPLO themed package for children under 5. We do provide 8 games and would recommend choosing 2-3 for a 2 hour party. There is a very good mixture of games for children of all ages. We do advertise that the music provided is on CD's. Unfortunately we cannot loan MP3's to mobile phones. We are glad that everyone enjoyed the party.

"What an excellent idea for a party. My 5 year old twins wanted a Lego party so a random google search brought up your company. We had lots of great feedback at the party about what a good idea it was. We had problems with the DPD delivery which was not down to Partychest but Lucie and Harry went above and beyond to ensure the delivery arrived with us. Great customer service. Thank you."

We decided to use DPD as we've personally had parcels delivered quickly and on time. We deliver on a Thursday so if there is a slight delay then it is still delivered with plenty of time for a weekend party. We like to assist as much as possible during delivery and we're glad you received your party package.

"Really great party package! Very easy booking process and excellent customer service, particularly with being flexible with dates of use for a weekday party. Would be good to have Lego Friends and more minifigures in the Lego bags. The links to Lego colouring etc were really helpful. We played the following games which went well: - covering the green baseplate - build highest tower - Lego superheroes musical statues - car build and race. Out of 20 5/6-year-olds only 2 wanted to wear the high-vis vest."

We include enough MINIFIGURES to cater for each child plus a few extra. The MINIFIGURES and wheels are counted every time a package is returned to ensure the next party receives the correct amount. We aim to include a good mixture of LEGO that includes LEGO Classic, LEGO City, LEGO Ninjago, LEGO Friends, etc. Our packages include a good mixture of all colours. We continually strive to include a fair mixture of all sets. We shall review this package and include more LEGO Friends if needed.

"A really good idea and very well executed. The selection of Lego was perfect for a variety of different activities; very clean and supplied with good quality tableware and CDs for the party. The high vis jackets were a nice touch! Was great to have the hourly slot for delivery so I didn’t have to wait all day. Excellent communication from the team at Partychest and they acted on feedback promptly. Very impressed overall, great choice for the party. The children had a fantastic time and were engaged throughout. We provided some colouring for children who didn’t want to join in the Lego and it helped to have an extra activity but they mostly just wanted to play with the Lego and had such fun exploring what there was."

"Great party, Lego package arrived on time and box was full with everything I needed for a party. So we'll thought out and the Lego pens are priceless. It was much easier than I expected to set up and tidy away! The kids all loved it and the party game ideas went down a treat.
