If you're looking to return a product then we've made it easy.
We will be more than happy to accept a return as long as it's back to our warehouse within 28 days from the date it was delivered and it's in a resalable condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on personalised products, helium canisters, hosiery, pants or wigs (unless a wig is part of a fancy dress costume and it has been unworn).
We will not refund any original shipping paid when returning products unless a product is damaged or faulty.
If your product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item then please respond to your original order confirmation email with details and pictures of any fault.

Securely package the product/s you wish to return and write your unique returns code onto the front of the package.
Ship the package using the courier of your choice to PARTY CHEST LTD, 73 VICTORIA ROAD EAST, THORNTON CLEVELEYS, FY5 5BU. Please retain any proof of postage.
