Mini Balloon Stick Cake Toppers Description

Add some bright, fun style to your cake with our Mini Balloon Stick Cake Toppers. These decorations measure 27cm (11") tall and each set includes 5 mini balloons, 5 striped paper straws, 5 satin ribbons and 1 piece of twine. Simply fill each mini balloon with air, tie the twine to the knot, pull the balloon through a straw, then tie on one of the ribbons. Once the small latex balloon is held in place, tie a ribbon in a knot at the base of the balloon and decorate your cake!
