Account Deletion Request

At Party Chest, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data.

If you would like to delete your Party Chest account and all associated data (including your name, email address, order history, and any saved party planning details), you can request this at any time.

How to request deletion:

Email us at info@partychest.co.uk from the email address linked to your account.

Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify your identity,
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems,
• Confirm completion of the deletion by email.

Please note:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once deleted, you will no longer have access to your order history or saved data.
